Anya Mathewson and the team behind Mulberry PM are proud to introduce our new website, outlining our services and the principles behind our aim to make Mulberry PM the go-to property management agency in Yorkshire.
Mulberry PM was launched late last year as the rebranded property management arm of York letting agency Letters Property Management, after its reputation for excellence led to a huge increase in demand for its services.
Anya took the decision to launch Mulberry PM in its own right to concentrate on its management of residential blocks, commercial developments, estate management, almshouses and charities.
She is supported by the original Letters block management and almshouse teams in their Walmgate, York office, and says the client base has already grown considerably since the launch of Mulberry PM.
“Our property management skills were attracting increasing amounts of business and I could see huge potential growth if we directed our resources there,” Anya said. “The move has already paid off as we’ve attracted new clients from across Yorkshire in just a few months of operation.”
She added: “We’ve kept our original principles of providing an independent, customer-focused service which is pro-active and always meets the highest professional standards. Now our sole focus is property management, we’re taking on new clients from York but also from way beyond and that’s exciting.”
