Mulberry Property Management Ltd is a privately-owned independent company which is based in York and manages a wide portfolio of properties in and around Yorkshire.

Our staff have the knowledge and experience to advise on and successfully manage a whole range of developments, from small apartment blocks to large commercial estates.

Every block and estate is different – that’s what we love about coming to work every day and keeps us on our toes. We all have our own skills and area specialities, too, so between us we’re a one-stop shop for all aspects of block and estate management.

Our services include health, safety and fire regulation compliance, service charge structure and management, budgeting and bookkeeping, plus maintenance and repairs. The first thing we do is agree a bespoke management package setting out exactly how we’ll support you in achieving your aims.

We pride ourselves on being professional but we’re also a friendly, approachable team who believe in open communication and transparency. Mulberry Property Management (PM) began life as the property management arm of Letters Ltd, a well-established York letting agency. Our reputation for excellence quickly spread – entirely through word of mouth – and we experienced a huge growth in demand for our services from across the region.

Our Managing Director Anya Mathewson took the decision to launch Mulberry PM in its own right in 2020, to ensure our sole focus was property management services. We retain Letters’ founding principles of providing an independent, customer-focused service which is pro-active, forward-thinking and always meets the highest professional standards.
