Mulberry PM welcomes new client Avantis Piccadilly Ltd

30 April 2021

We’re delighted to announce a new client to our residential block management portfolio: eight luxury apartments which are part of the new Piccadilly Riverside development in York city centre.

Developers Avantis Piccadilly Ltd approached us to ask us to maintain the internal and external communal areas of the stunning new-build apartments which are part of the new Hampton by Hilton hotel development on Piccadilly.

The exclusive boutique-style 2-bedroom apartments and highly bespoke 3-bedroom duplexes are set back from the hotel in a gated complex with landscaping and private covered parking. They enjoy uninterrupted views over the River Foss towards the historic Clifford’s Tower, and estate agent Carter Jonas says the apartments “emulate the best of luxury, hotel-style living”.

“A great match”

Anya Mathewson, Managing Director of Mulberry PM, said: “We’re very pleased to welcome the Piccadilly Riverside Apartments to our block management portfolio. Our hands-on approach to maintaining the highest standards in communal areas makes us a great match with Avantis Piccadilly’s exacting standards.”

Ravi Majithia, Avantis Hotels’ Development Director, said: “The Piccadilly Riverside Apartments offer a rare opportunity to acquire a piece of York real estate that offers a matchless ownership and living experience.

“It’s important that the lucky apartment owners have continued enjoyment of their communal areas so we sought out the very best property management company to provide that. Mulberry PM share our focus on providing a top class and highly efficient block management service and we are confident that their prompt response times and attention to detail will add to the pleasurable experience of living at Piccadilly Riverside.”
