Frank Parkinson Yorkshire Trust – New Instruction
9 February 2023We took on the management of Frank Parkinson Yorkshire Trust in October 2022. Frank Parkinson Court is located in Guiseley, Leeds and consists of 44 one bedroom bungalows, ground floor and first floor flats. They provide accommodation for elderly residents who meet the Trust’s eligibility criteria. Frank Parkinson Court benefits from an onsite Estate Manager, Jayne who is available to support the residents with their day to day needs.
Eligibility criteria includes:
– Must be a resident of Guiseley, Yeadon or Rawdon, or must be able to evidence a strong personal and local connection to living and working in the area
– Must be of state retirement age or above
– Applicants must demonstrate that they have a housing or support need through completion of the application form and initial needs assessment.
