15 September 2022Some leaseholders and residents often have queries about why we can’t allow storage of items such as shoes, door mats or furniture in the communal corridors and we always have to stress the importance of making the communal areas as safe as possible.
We hope the emergency services never need to be called, but accidents happen and it’s important to make sure we’ve done what we can to prevent them, also to ensure the emergency services can do their job to the best of their abilities.
